What is Teslin?
Teslin is a special textile produced by shuttleless machine, which adopts composite yarn with special covering structure, namely PVC/PET core-skin yarn. The core is made of high-strength polyester industrial filament, and the skin is PVC material with anti-aging and UV radiation. The polyester filament is stretched and covered, and then it is stretched and cooled to form a composite yarn with smooth surface, waterproof, oil-proof, non-toxic and cool feeling. The warp yarn is made into a weaving shaft by an intelligent warping machine, without sizing, and is directly woven into a net on a winding rapier loom, and then sorted into the final product.
